This is not an accountant’s expertise. It has nothing to do with income tax, sales tax etc. It is a totally different area. Your accountant may not know about it.
We’re only here to offer you the chance to get a refund on state taxes you’ve paid on your utility bills. We believe in honest and trusting business relationships, and will not try to push you to do anything you’re not comfortable with. You should stay with your current supplier if you’re happy!
Applying for a refund doesn’t trigger an audit. If you are in the middle of an audit, you may want to hold off on applying for a refund, or ask your accountant before you proceed with this refund request. We can also speak with your accountant, should you want us to.
It takes you only 15 minutes! The actual refund process can take up to 3-6 months but it’s usually sooner.
We will be in touch throughout the entire process, keeping you updated, and will keep you posted as to where the application is holding.
Nothing! We only charge if we are successful in getting you a refund.
One utility bill and 2 signatures. That’s all! We take care of the rest.
You’re only signing a limited power of attorney that allows us to apply for this specific utility sales tax refund only. We cannot use this power of attorney to do anything else!
